Customized Resharpening

Broach Tools are factory reconditioned (resharpened) here to the same quality as the new tools. Customizedprograms can be implemented to recondition any existing inventory of Broach Tools. Any of the products listed are able to be CNC resharpened upon request. We can even manage your broach inventory if necessary.

Hobbing Cutter
Hob Sizes Hobs are available in a variety of sizes and diameters. Larger modules available on request. When a hybrid hob or a completely new design is needed, Yunxuan Tool will supply the solution.
·  Mod. (D.P.) Range: 0.5-17mm (50-1.5)
·  Diameter Range: 20-200mm (0.75-8”)
Hob Material Hobs are available in a wide selection of PM High Speed Steels from PM-M4 to super alloyed steels like S-290 or ASP2080.
Hob Coatings We coat our tools with Oerlikon Balzers PVD coatings: TiN, FNT (Futura Nano Top) TiAlN and Alcrona Pro (AlCrN).

Thread Rolling

Thread Rolling is ready to take on your toughest thread-rolling and precision-machining challenges.

During the rolling process, threads receive forging properties that help to greatly increase the material’s fatigue strength and the static loading at the root radius. Plug Gauge

-Big stock of Metric,ACME, BSP, NPT,Trapezoidal etc thread gages The next days’ delivery for standard gauges.

-Both thread & plain gauges, GO & NOGO, Plug & ring, RH & LH available, All calibrated with quality assurance.

-For special gauges, we can provide custom production service 100% pass metrology lab’s test,4 weeks finished.
